Make sure you’re logged in to your main GHL agency level account.

Click here to import the snapshot into your GHL agency account!

Click the green “Yes! Import now” button.

You will now find this snapshot under “Account Snapshots” in the main GHL menu. If you don’t see this option, make sure you are in your AGENCY VIEW inside of Go High Level and NOT inside of a sub-account.

The snapshot is called DFY Website For Stripe Approval (USE THIS)

You now have 2 options for how you’re going to use this newly imported snapshot.

OPTION 1: Import the snapshot assets into an existing GHL sub-account
-
Click on “Sub-Accounts” inside of GHL (Make sure you’re in agency view)
-
Find your desired sub-account and click on the name. (Do not click Switch to Sub-Account)
-
In the top right corner of the screen you’ll see a blue “Actions” drop down button. Click the button and select “Load Snapshot”
-
Pick a snapshot: Select the Imported - DFY Website For Stripe Approval (USE THIS) snapshot from the drop down menu.
-
Next, we’re going to select the assets we want to import into the selected sub-account. Click on “Select All” and make sure “Select All” is selected for each section.
-
Click the green “Proceed” button.
-
There should be no conflicts but if there are, just check them and make sure that you’re not going to be overwriting any changes you have previously made by importing these assets into this account.
-
Click “Proceed” and then wait about 5-10 minutes for all of the assets from the snapshot to be loaded into your chosen GHL sub-account.
-
OPTION 2: Create a brand new sub-account using the new snapshot.
-
Goto “Account Snapshots” in your agency view.
-
Click the “+” icon.
-
You’ll see a screen with a map come up. Click on “Add account manually” inside of the search box to the right.

Enter all of the required contact details for this sub-account

Click the green “Save” button.

Click “Switch to Sub-Account” to the left of the blue “Actions” drop down button.

Once you have brought all assets from the snapshot into your chosen GHL sub-account, you are going to need to do the following:

Click on Sites in the main navigation menu of your chosen GHL sub-account

Click on Settings inside of your chosen GHL sub-account. (Lower left hand corner of the screen at the bottom of the main navigation menu)

Click on Custom Values.

You can ignore the billing portal & copyright year custom values for now.

Enter the name of your business in the business_name custom value field.

Enter your city in the city custom value field.
-
Enter your custom domain name in the custom_domain custom value field. (This will be the same domain you are using inside of your Go High Level account for this website. NOT your Video Funnels custom domain name.)

Enter your preferred email address in the email custom value field.
-
Enter your first name in the firstname custom value field.
-
Enter Internet Income System username in the iis_username custom value field.

Enter your last name in the lastname custom value field.

Enter your state in the state custom value field.

Enter your stress address in the stress_address custom value field.

Enter your zip/postal code in the zipcode custom value field.

Make sure you have connected your Stripe account to your GHL account by going to Settings -> Integrations and then clicking the “Connect” button next to Stripe.

Goto Payments (In the main navigation menu inside of GHL) -> Products and then click on “Create Product” to create the following product inside of your GHL account.

Navigate to the image of the logo you uploaded in the previous step and double click on it to select it.

If you don’t have a logo and want to learn how to create one…proceed to the next step. Otherwise, skip it and move on to the proceeding step.

Creating your brand/company logo using Canva.com
Creating a logo for your website is really simple when you use canva.com. I’ve provided a design template link below for you to click and instantly bring a copy of the logo template into your canva.com account.
Click here to bring the logo template into your canva.com account for quick & easy customization.
The dimensions for your logo should be 240 x 51 and should be saved with a transparent background for best results.
You can create your logo however you wish just make sure it follows the same guidelines and dimensions mentioned above.
To make the provided template match your brand simply change “Long Innovations” to the name of your business and choose a different icon.
To choose a different icon, simply click on “Elements” inside of Canva.com and then search for the type of icon you’re looking for. It can look pretty cool just using the first letter of your business name, like I did.
Play around with a few different ideas, be creative and when you’re ready to save your image simply follow these instructions:

Click on “Share” in the top right corner of the screen.

Click on “Download”

Make sure “Transparent background” is selected and leave the size how it is.

Click on “Download” and save the file to your computer where you’ll be able to find it again easily.

Great job! Proceed through the next steps and you will see where and when to add your new logo to your website.

Creating & setting up your own custom domain name
Using your own domain name is going to be the most crucial step in this whole process, since this is the domain name you’re going to be giving to Stripe to review.
When choosing a domain name here are a few ideas:

Use ChatGPT or other AI tools to ask for domain name recommendations for your new software and training company and tell it to keep recommendations to 6-14 characters only. Here’s a really cool one I found! (https://aidomaingenius.com/)

Combine your full name with the words:

Software

Etc

Choose something that is 6-14 characters in length.

Remember, this is ONLY for use with Stripe so it truly doesn’t matter what your domain name is, as long as it’s something professional and makes you look like the legit online business owner you are.

I recommend buying domains through NameCheap.com OR GoDaddy.com. I personally use namecheap for all of my domains but have used GoDaddy in the past and have no issue with them. Namecheap is just cheaper :)

After you have purchased your domain name, you’re going to need to add it to your Go High Level account for use with your new website!

PLUS - You have the ability to use what’s called a “sub-domain” on your main domain for use with all of your VIDEO FUNNELS PAGES!
Example: video.mydomain.com
By setting up a subdomain to be used with Video Funnels…All of your Video Funnel pages would be available by using video.mydomain.com instead of videofunnels.ai.
But this is training for another day and another part of the process!
Now that you fully understand the importance and benefits of doing so…Let’s move forward with getting your domain set up for use within your Go High Level account!
The first thing you’re going to need to do is point your domain to the servers provided by Go High Level. This is a fairly simple task but could be a little “daunting” for those who are new to all of this. I’ll walk you through step by step so that even YOU (yes YOU) can get this done!
Decide what type of domain you are using: Top-level OR sub domain
If you’re using NAMECHEAP to buy your domains:

Login to your namecheap account

Navigate to Domain List
-
Search for the domain you just purchased and click on “Manage”
-
Make sure the nameservers are set to “Namecheap Basic DNS”
-
IF YOU ARE ONLY USING A TOP LEVEL DOMAIN AND NOT A SUB DOMAIN FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

Click on the “Advanced DNS” tab
-
Click on “Add New Record”
-
Click on “A Record”
-
Enter @ as the Host value and enter 34.68.234.4 in the IP Address field
-
Leave TTL as Automatic
-
Click the small green check icon to save this record
-
Click on “Add New Record” again
-
Click on “CNAME Record” in the drop down

Enter www in the Host field

Enter flash.funnels.msgsndr.com in the Target field

Click the small green check icon to save this record

IF YOU ARE USING A SUBDOMAIN FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

Give it about 10-30 minutes (it can be longer) to propagate and then proceed to the next steps. Propagation can sometimes be pretty instant, so you’re going to want to continue to the next steps to verify your domain set up, even if it’s only been a few minutes since you added the new records.
If you’re using GODADDY to buy your domains:

Login to your godaddy.com account
-
Click on “My Products”
-
If you see your desired domain name listed, click on the “Manage” button next to your desired domain. If not…follow these instructions:
-
Under “All Products and Services” you’ll see Domains. To the far right of that you’ll see “Manage All -> “ - Click that “Manage All” link to see all of your domains.
-
Find the domain you’re looking for and click the actual domain name.
-
Click on the “DNS” tab
-
If the “Add New Record” button is disabled, you will need to follow these steps:
-
Click on “Nameservers” under the DNS tab
-
Click on “Change Nameservers”
-
Click to select GoDaddy nameservers
-
Click Save
-
Now click DNS Records and continue to the next steps
-
IF YOU ARE ONLY USING A TOP LEVEL DOMAIN AND NOT A SUB DOMAIN FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

Click on “Add New Record”

Choose “A” from the Type drop down menu

Enter @ in the Name field and enter 34.68.234.4 in the IP Address field

Set TTL to ½ Hour

Click the Save button

Click on “Add More Records”

Click on “Add New Record” again

Click on “CNAME” in the drop down

Enter your subdomain in the Name field.

Log back into your Go High Level account

Make sure you’re logged into your chosen GHL sub-account

Click on “Settings” in the bottom left hand corner of the screen at the bottom of the main nav area.

Click on “Domains”
-
Click on “+Add”
-
Enter the domain used in the previous steps
-
Click the “Continue” button
-
As long as you completed all of the other steps above, click on “Verify Records”
-
Let GHL do it’s thing
-
If successful, you will see a message that says something like “Yay!! Domain yourdomain.com added successfully!” and then there will be a drop down box for you to choose which funnel you want to link this domain to.
-
Select “DFY STRIPE APPROVAL WEBSITE FUNNEL”
-
Select “Main Home Page” as the default funnel step.
-
Click “Link Domain”
-
BOOM! You’re done!

Navigate to your chosen domain name and make sure your website looks how you want and then give Stripe the domain name you just set up.
